It is our policy that ALL employees, regardless of their position, have a responsibility for health and safety in the workplace. This in no way detracts from management's specific obligations to ensure that all employees are able to fulfil this responsibility.

The Montague Group has introduced a Safety Awareness program titled “Target Zero”. Target Zero is a behavioural change program designed to help us continue to promote the importance of working safely not only at work but also at home.
